Hey everyone, this Sunday, I took the truck to the track for the first time ever.
Temperature was 75F with a DA of 1200ft. Also a 15mph headwind.

My truck has cat-less JMB Mids & Magnaflow Catback.
I had the spare tire & tailgate & stock sub removed.
I wasn't expecting much with the DA & Temp.
Rear tires were set at 23psi & used a 3sec. burnout both times.

First time out I ran 13.29 @ 106.92mph, no video, but I launched at 2krpm slipping the clutch, spinning a little through first,
power-shifted 2nd, spun bad, chirped the tires in 3rd, and power-shifted 4th.

Second time out ran a 13.38 @ 106.29mph. Tried letting the clutch out quicker, and kind of bogged. Shifted 2nd hard and got some wheel hop.

Overall I'm happy considering my first time with the truck on the track, the weather ,DA, wind, & bald stock tires were against me.
Want some opinions on if this is a good time for the modifications I'm running.:dontknow:

Great times, getcha 60' below 2.00 and you will be in the 12s

working on it... stock bald tires ain't helping.
probably going to slide some BFGoodrich KDW's on the rear pretty soon.

So you are the truck at import face off!

Where are you from? I'm HOPING to go to no problem on the 31st.

Good runs btw. Those stock tires are total crap for the track so IMO you did awesome for your first time!

Get some traction bars and a drive shaft loop before that drive shaft lets go.

I'm out in Destrehan, LA. What's going on the 31st at NPR?
Might not be able to make it, the 31st there's a Mopar car show I wanted to attend.

It's just a mid night madness event. Nothing special. Saturday nights is the only time i can make it. I get off of work too late during the week to make Test and Tunes.

After your first you're gonna be hooked now!!! Good times for spinning. There's a lot more in there with a good launch or better tires.
Joe

thanks everybody, eventually I plan to add the JTSVP TB & get it tuned.
hopefully I will be trapping 110mph+ with those things added.
