Ram Srt10 New World Record Stock Block Video

i though someone ran 11.50 N/a:dontknow::dontknow:

great runs BTW

Nope, 11.51 with a fully built motor.Ported heads, cam, forged pistons, more compression, forged rods, etc. $15,000 + build, 650+HP, I think. Anyway my motor is still pure stock internally, I have never removed the valve covers, just ported intake,67mm BBK throttle body (soon to be testing JTSVenom's new 68mm TB), full headers and true dual exhaust system. Numerous weight reduction tricks. The 11.51 guy says he did it at full weight and on street tires, which is why some people doubt the claim, I can't hook anything in 1st or 2nd gear on the street tires and I have at least 150 less HP. We're hoping for a video the next time he makes a run.

You got 2 tenths left Jerry!!! Just in your 60's

I posted all my 60's in the "personnal best thread" . Best was 1.6077, cheater slicks at 16lbs. RPM at 4,000, slight bog. When you got the 1.54 60' what was your air pressure and rpm at launch? Where is my 2/10ths? By the way Thanks for the calipers, they work great!

I think it was at 15lbs cold. And leaving at ignorant numbers (between 5500 and 6000)

Oh yeah, a 150/200 shot of nitrous....

its still N/a

shit...ive got the fastest N/A Black RC in Texas that is wingless.

N/a is N/a...

Speedworld has always been great to us but to others its below their garage queen standards, my buddy Jeff does a great job getting us our own lane and pit area.

Jeff waas GREAT!!! Very nice guy and really took care of us. Let him know we all really appreciated that! BIIIG thanks to you Rick for making that happen

just for the record. im not talking shit on your achievements. youve done very well and done it very uniquely. but why all the stipulations like "stock block"??? why cant you be just happy with having a fast ass N/a truck, instead of stooping to stipulations for a record that sounds like your reaching just to call yourself a record holder...your very close to 11.50's...and a few simple mods from shattering it~~~~!!

The title was my idea not Jerry's. The title is accurate until somebody disputes it. I have given Ken the due respect even without proper undisputed proof. The title of the video brings attention to our community and our forums. The title also establishes accuracy by bring attention to our claim. Until somebody disputes the title and claim I stand by my decision.

It was simply the N/A record until Ken claimed that he broke it. Jerry is a gentleman for not continuing to claim the N/A record.

I'm not calling myself the "record holder" (someone else says that), if you notice the Title of the thread where I posted my results it says "personnal best". When Brad says "stock block" record holder, I am just clarifying the fact that the entire engine is stock internally, not just the block. So I'm not stooping to anything. And by the way I'm very happy, I wasn't expecting an 11.73 into the wind. I may make a trip to Sacramento and with their near perfect air and sometimes negative DA and with JTS Venom's new Throttle body.....who knows....all I need is .22 to tie the record...and if you read my posted times for Speedworld , the last pass was at 2500+ DA and corrected to an 11.48....so I'm knocking on the door...and happy.:burnout:

i hope you get it!!!! and i understand now that it was Brad that made the distinctive claim...my appologies

so when you break the record Trainman (and i know you will eventually)...Ken will have the fastest full weight N/a RC in the world? where does it end...that was the point i guess i was trying to make. if you put enough stipulations on something...anyone can have the fastest SRT ram in the world

That's it, just do a heads up race and settle it on the track, winner takes N/A championship belt, lol.

So if we follow your logic then we should only have 1 title holder for anything that has a motor right?

I have the fastest "world record holding " red 2004 RC with the serial # xxxxxxxx.....and I always will:D

not at all...you can certainly split it up for RC N/a, RC F/I, QC N/A, QC F/I...

just dont see a reason for all the stipulations. cause they work a million ways.

Brad, you do great work with the video cam...and contribute a lot to this forum. i just dont see a reason to make all the sub categories for "world record" runs
