this is for my son's 1500 4x4 (9.25?) i know you fill until it comes out the hole,but i want to be sure i order enough oil. how many total oz.?

Rear 1500 All All Corporate 9.25" 4.5 pts. (oil capacity) thats 2.25 quarts.....so 2quarts gear oil plus 8 oz. friction modifier should do it. (64 oz. plus 8 oz.modifier= 72 0z. equals=4.5 pints)
