recon bulbs

Okay got my replacement xenon platinum blue headlight bulbs in and i dont think they are the right ones. the person i ordered them from knows what he is doin, so, i want to check and make sure they are wrong b4 i tell him he sent the wrong ones.

i have an 06 and the bulbs that where sent have the same size bulb but the housing the bulb itself is in will not match up with the headlight nor the wiring harness.

Is there a special way for the 06s like switching bulbs and housings or is it plug-n-play?

Does anyone with an 06 have these bulbs and if so can u give me the model #

The ones i have are 9007 series 12V 65/55w 135/125w (5,600 platinum blue)

are these the wrong ones or am i mssing something, and for some reason i cannot get the replacemnt bulb function to work for me at recon.com nor the place i bought the bulbs

2006 Headlight bulb is a H13 or a 9008.
Sounds like he gave you the ones for a 2004-2005

very common mix up....if you got them from one of our vendors he'll square it away quick and easy!

haha, yeah i know, the funny thing is these are the replacements, first time he sent me two sets of fog lights, lmfao

its a vendor that is constantly busy so like u said common mistake. no biggie at all, i know he is good for it, he is one hell of a guy.
