I was at the track that day, its about 6 minutes from my house. It was kinda cool, but got old pretty quick. They ran it too many times, JCB was a huge sponsor at the Rocky Mountain Nationals and had half the parking lot full of there stuff. Oh and by the way Perk John Deere sucks! I have rebuilt more John Deere engines in my shop than our own brand, Massey, Agco and Fendt.

thats b/c they are so popular, i have never had to rebuild any j/d lots of detroits and cumminings though.i would not owne anything but j/d thats all we have on the farm.

We have converted many hardcore JD guys into Fendt tractors. You need to find a dealer thats close by and have them come and do a demo. If the demo guy knows what he is doing and is familiar with the tractor he will blow your mind. We do it here all the time, we have a pile of used NH, JD, Case tractors in our inventory because of the Fendt tractor. The funniest deal was a couple months ago was a NH TM155 with 1800hrs traded in on a Fendt 818 with 4300hrs and no warranty. Only because he was so tired of crappy service, excessive time to get parts and repair, and terrible fuel economy. We compared the fuel consumption between the 2 tractors and over a 1 year period he would save $8000 in fuel alone with the Fendt. Everyone has a mind set that the Fendt is a crazy expensive machine that no one can afford, but that isnt the case. With the standard options on the tractor compared to another brand it is less money and also comes with free services for 3000hrs or 3 years. Anyway this is a truck forum not tractor so I will stop, I can type all day why a Fendt is far superior than anything else

Good info on Fendt, I knew they were good but had no idea about the warranty.
