has anyone out there had any dealing with the oil and filter "Coupons" purchased at the time of sale from the Dealer.

i know they are not transferable and after 60 days of purchase you cant cancel the plan, But i am possibly going to trade my truck and in my opinion i have purchased the oil and filters even though it was financed through chrysler.

do i have any legal recourse as i have pre paid for a product that they will not return any money for- i feel i should at least be given the oil and filters themselves so i can at least try and sell it myself to recoup some of my investment that was financed with the truck i will no longer have- then all i would lose would be the labor i paid for during the plan and coupons.

any help appreciated

it should be transferrable for a 50 dollar fee and you should be cancelled for 75.00---if you wanna send me your vin i'll verify for you

no recourse

sound like i'm !hit out of luck i guess !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the person at chrysler said they can only be used in accordance with my owners manual scheduled maintanence intervals wich says 3000 miles and not before that time-which i feel it is my oil i have paid for so i should be able to change it every day if i want to just to get some satisfaction of what i purchased from them and paid for, or they can give me the oil and filters to do what i wish for.

am i the only person who this has happened to- i know i should not have purchased this if i was planning to sell the truck but of course the sales person said everything was transferrable.

just venting:mad: :dontknow:  :( :dontknow: :nurse:

with your plan (which i checked with your vin) you can have your oil changed every 100 miles if you'd like--- bring it to me... i'll change it everyday...:D
