Today my friend asked me to help him to look for a suv in local dealership. He really want a jeep cherokee and I told him about the srt8. He wants to check it out. We found one and we took it for a test drive. I have to said that srt8 is an amazing suv. Nice interior and awesome ride. Now I understand why Slow91 got one and it make me want one, but my friend bought it. I wish I never told him about the srt8. Lol. Slow91, congrats with new srt8! :rock:

What's crazy, is that I never drove one before I made the purchase. Both times I looked at them, they were on the showroom floor.....

I have to say, Jeep/Chrysler really did their homework this time around.
The ride quality and handling is freakin' amazing.

You know all of the little things we always why they weren't done to our trucks.......

Here are a few examples of what I'm talking about:

1) One touch window roll-down and up........
2) Digital information center under tach......(a) includes pressure of each tire (which by the way are RUN-FLAT's) 285/20 rear & 255/20 front....
3) Power accessories including radio and windows stay operable until the door is opened. (I remember that thread last year..... )

I honestly have more people stopping and asking me about the Jeep than with the SRT-10.

I'll post a couple of better pics in a few days. I'm about to do a "custom" drop---maybe this weekend---?? Thinking of a 2/2 so it will retain the "raked stance" that I like so much..... They still don't make a kit for the GC SRT-8......:dontknow:
