Hi all,

Found out my TIPM needs to be replaced. That's why I'm having all the electrical problems, hopefully this will solve them all. Can I just buy a new or used TIPM and install it my self or does it need to be flash by the dealer or someone else? Finding mix details on line about this.

Dangit!!!! Thanks for the info. I guess I will try to fix my malfunctioning TIPM before forking over $900 + to the dealer to replace it with a new one.

The dealer is now telling me the TIPM for the 2006 SRT 10 is on national back order and they don't know when they will be able to get one in. Any thoughts?

Try Viper Specialty Performance. They should be able to check your old module to see if it's bad.

Try contacting dorman products. There video claims tipm just needs to learn the vin.:dontknow:
