Well.. at least I think I did...

I installed a new belt... which was a real pain in the a$$.

But before doing so I took my drill and wire wheel and roughened up the surface of the S/C pulley... its not so rough.. buy now you can see a surface for the belt to grab on to.. much like a surface that you would get when you media blast something.

I had the all the parts off in the area fixing my A/C again... (sigh...).. so I figured what the hell go ahead and replace the belt should not take too long... well what started out as a 1 hour deal turned into a 3 hour mess... but I got it done...

It does not seem to slip or squeel now.. but I will take it out over the next few days and give her hell and see if it slips...

Well I gave it hell this morning on the way to work, the first time ever with the A/C running I was able to hit 7lbs of boost, with zero slippage.

The also felt like it pulled about another 10-15% harder.
