Decided for sure to put twins back on the truck instead of selling it. Gonna do things alittle different this time and going with some more efficient turbos and a little more boost. Just cant bring myself to selling it. Everytime I take it for a drive I miss haviing those turbos on it. Have Tony currently checking on some turbo manifolds and once I have them eveything else is smooth sailing. Got everything else pretty much lined up. Hope to have it going by May!!!

Thats is great news!! keep us updated on everything cant wait to see the final results. How much boost are you planning on running this time and have you decided on what turbos? I like the way your old turbo setup looked
with the turbos being mounted on both sides up top is that similar to the new manifolds?

I'm not gonna have them up top anymore. Wanna put them lower where they were before to try and keep engine bay cooler and so I can put all the other components like battery , cruise control and windshield washer container back in their stock positions. Gonna gonna go to 13lbs

Awesome man keeping the truck is a good choice good luck with your build

Yup real good choice. Now I get to spank that bitch for real. :D

I just watched that show "Super Cuda" and they put our Viper engine in it with 76mm turbos on it and put the turbos in lower front corners of engine bay to help cool the turbos and they were running 10lbs boost for 1000HP and 15lbs boost for 1500HP,Great choice to keep the truck and go with twins again!

JF the member that bought your turbo setup should have the truck going shortly. He is hoping some time in January.

Yeah I knOw, he called me the other day and chatted for a few minutes. Can't wait to see how that set up runs on an rc.

I never took it to a 1/4 mile track or had it dyno tuned so I couldn't say. I can tell u it was a hell of a lot faster than n/a. :D

I remembered you saying something about a traction issue in third gear , at any speed:drool::drool::drool: :rock::rock: :burnout::burnout::burnout:

Yeah it did. At the track, it would would roast the DR's through almost half of the 1/8. And on the street, the bitch would smoke the tires from a 60mph roll. The shit was nasty

Can't imagine what 8.4L would be like with 13+ psi boost. Awesome!! Sounds like it can be a killer yet very streetable combo.
