YEAH... START HITTIN IT HARD..ALSO WHEN YOU DO GET THE WHEEL OFF CLEAN MOUNTING SURFACE GOOD AND APPLY SOME ANTI-SEIZE ON IT.
 
I had mine taken off today for powdercoating..............had the same problem, lugs where very tight, and wheels were almost as they said glued on there......rubber mallet from the inside, one hit and they loosened right up
 
This is common when you put dissimilar metals in contact with each other. As correctly stated by TheMoparConnection....smear a little anti seize on the mating surface of the disk and this won't happen again.
 
i have help Mas a couple of times with this problem....last time we use cooking oil so it won't stick!!! LOL
