What does the ring Gap need to be set at an a 05 SRT-10 spraying a 150 shot every once in a while ?

Top: Plasma/Moly- .020"
2nd: Iron- .016"

I'd call the manufacturer anyway to get their input.

You would hope so...
Nitrous has been used in engines for 65 years or more.

You could also get their recommendations for cylinder crosshatch: How coarse?.. and the correct Included Angle.
