Wanted to see what u guys think about the pros and cons of both the roe and the jmb f1 setup. I'm gonna be buying one or the other soon. Pricing is about the same. I just want to know as far as horsepower and reliability are concerned. And yes I'm forged. I know that's always the first qustion.

depends on wat you want...

Roe seems to have a limit on power - they say 700 hp, f1 depend on your wallet !!

i went with the roe - no regrets

Hands down, go with the Procharger. Although it hasn't been out long enough on our trucks, to know how reliable it will be. But Procharger has been around for a while and they're a good company. The Roe is very limited and the procharger can put out some serious power at serious boost levels. But, if proven reliability is very important to you, then go with the ROE. They have been proven to work very well on built motors.

what upgrades have to be down for this setup ?? and how much are they

before we compare apples to apples know what im saying ??

The Roe is great on the street....instant torque from the twin screw......the procharger is better on the track where you dont full tq coming off the line............so the choice is really what you mainly want the SC for.....street fun or trying for best #s on the track.......

I had a ROE and now going with a Paxton, the choice is easy! Intercooler and be safe or no intercooler blowing in hot air???

keep the ROE at 5-6 psi with an RC and it would be alot of fun!!!! instant 100 hp under your foot without lag! stock internals won't last long! QC i would go the paxton but build the tranny because it will hit 2nd hard!! stock internals will last longer but will still pile eventually! So bottom line ; if you want forced induction then forge it first!!

I'm forged and want to be in the low 11's. Headers cam fuel system all that good stuff will be in the mix. Also took some weight off.

I'm forged and want to be in the low 11's. .

Buy Dom's truck!! in the end it will be cheaper!!!!:burnout: 11's is a tall order for these trucks and unrealistic !! buy a small tubbed vega race car and pull it to the track with the 10 ! then you could be in the 9's for less money!!!

If you want to be in the low 11's then your choice is simple, call Justin :)

Huh? Bobby from Louisiana is running solid 11.6's in his Paxton QC. Once he puts in Tony's TC, I guarantee he'll be running 11.3's. Slap a 75 shot on it and he may dip into the 10's

Awesome!! Way to represent the SRT 10 Whoo whoo!!! Can you ask Bobby how much cash he has invested into his Paxton QC to get it there!

I will be the 1st roe truck in the 10 sec range .... 11 sec I got there with a built motor and nos - if all you looking for is 11 fuk the sc and get nos - come see me today and I'll show u :)

I disagree ....

With a built motor .... (7k) nos 700$ a shifter and slicks with a good driver 11 sec pass no problem

Built motor (like most would do with F.I.), built trans (eventually any QC will need it), Paxton Novi 2000 (just like mine), upper and lower pullies to make 12lbs of boost. He's even still running the stock heat exchanger and cooler from Paxton. So no, he didnt have to put anymore into it than if he did a Roe or Procharger. Any other questions?
Oh yeah, he's putting down about 670 rwhp (about 800 at the crank for a QC) and over 800 rwtq. Ask me how I know. :)

I really dont get how u come up with 11's being a tall order. Phnxpoolguy is running 11.6 with a stock motor and a 150 shot. In a QC!!! You wanna ask how much he has in that truck? A NOS kit, DR's and Caltracs. Now he's stepped up to ladder bars and a one piece driveshaft. Shit, I'm running 12.2's. A set of slicks and I'm easily into the 11's. Fuck, Trainman is in the 11's N/A, without even removing the Valve covers. Chris (Viper), will probably be into the 10's soon.
