Not that I've seen Roe SC instructions or his kit but could you just email Sean and ask him to send you out his instructions? 
yank intake off, replace with roe, bout 6 hours, easy deal even eddie can do it

I hit 680HP with just the Roe and no NOS....
...and that was with a slight fuel delivery problem...
