Sat Radio

Anyone know if you can add Satellite Radio to your factory set up, not the FM modulation, that you can add to any radio, but directly connected as it was an option from the factory and the hook ups must be there.

I've got the NAV unit from the factory, but are upgrading to sat now

i know when i bought my 05 quad cab the truck came with a year free of sirus sat.but i dont have the nav.radio.do you have the little black antenna on the back of you cab,if you do then you should be able to hook up the sat radio.

I believe Boomer this did a while back and was able to use the factory controls.

I tried to find the thread on the old forum, but they deleted most of Boomers threads. PM him and ask about it. I know he did it with some equipment and got it to work.

thanks, I pm'd boomer so we will see soon. I hope this is something that an be done as I would like to get Sirius, but wihtout the FM modulator and with the factory controls working
