Setting base idle

Is there any process to set the base idle on my new throttle body? My tool comes in tomorrow to remove those bearing on the stocker and I'm installing the roe. I read all about idle surge and sticking throttles on the single blades.

Would using a feeler gauge on the blade help to square or true the tolerances before I torque down the screws? Maybe I'm over-analysing it. Tips tricks let me hear them.

With mine I did have a little throttle sticking problem. I just sanded down the tb where the blad was touching. Didn't take much maybe a few thousands of an inch but it's been working great. Might not notice the throttle sticking until you run the truck so and hear up the tb.
