Shelby GT500

I love those cars! I went to my buddy's shop yesterday and he had a black 2012 Shelby GT500 there with 800 horsepower. It runs low 10's....... The 2013 and 2014 Shelby's are even faster with 662 horsepower bone stock. We know a guy who just ran 8's with a 2013 Shelby GT500 from Evolution Motorsports. He now has the fastest 2007-2014 Shelby GT500 6-speed street car in the world.

Yea i love them too they sound good and look nice
 
My neighbor has an all black 2012 GT 500 as well, it's sweet. The perks of being a veternarian. My uncle has collected 1968 Shelby GT 500 KR's though. Nothing like the new ones, but for that era they can fly. Only problem is they can't hook up. :burnout:
 
Actually probably my favorite car. I love the way they look, sound and I bet they are awesome to drive. Take our torque and take more than 1000lb off. I can't imagine. (I guess you viper drivers can!)

they hook good stock but once you start adding stuff it wont lol ....with some drag radials on the stock 20 in rims it will hookl
 
I have a buddy that bought a new 2013 GT500 and he loves it. He said the power is insane.
 
IS the new GT500 that much better? I drove a 2005 Gt500 years back and it didn't feel that special. It just felt like a fast mustang. Id rather have a Viper which has the same HP but all the "spizzazz"

2005? Lmao they brought them back in 07... Yea id rather have a viper too but u can get a brand new shelby for the price of a used viper and with like 2-3 thousand u can get up to 150 hp with just bolt ons and its a four seater. They are both badass cars cant go worng they will both give you a big smile :D
 
11-12 are alot faster than the 07-10 and the 13-14 are alot faster than the 11-12 lol

oh yah maybe it was a 2007. Was a long time ago.

So much damn wheel hop though. Sucked ass.
 
I like one review I read, the author said with all the hp and tq on the new Shelby's and the amount of tread drivers will eat through, that tire shop owners across America will be upgrading to luxury houses and yachts since they will sell so many tires lol
