LOL!Mine was converted to right hand drive in the States before export to the UK
I quite like the new position of it, but it did catch me out when I purchased it pushing my finger where it is meant to be, and having to be pointed out to me by the seller.
I would look for a new T56 compatible shifter/knob assembly or get something on eBay. I have not been successful locating a knob that will fit on the stock shifter.I have a white ball Hurst shift knob with loads of adaptors for different screw threads

The T56 has been used in a lot of cars. Especially the Aussie Holden's and Falcon's.I would look for a new T56 compatible shifter/knob assembly or get something on eBay. I have not been successful locating a knob that will fit on the stock shifter.
The stock shifter has rubber material separating it from the T56. I can confidently hit 3th every time upshifting under with the Roe SC screaming under max conditions without the stock rubber separator.
Try Australia EBay and see what is on offer there. They love modifying their convict cars
Hey it's been 200 years...let's move on lolSo you are saying I stole my SRT10. LOL
