Shifter isolator

Even the Volant system according to the apes test would not be effective being a low pressure area based on the testing he did.
 
He needs to get his hairy ass back on here and do some more testing!!! Didn't he even use ribbons on those tests??

Yes smoke and ribbons .. since he retired he acquired a very large supply of bananas and got lost in them .. he’s still trying to eat his way out of the pile ,, but the beer is hindering his progress lol
 
I installed the shifter yesterday but didn’t drive the truck. The 2 main differences are the obvious shorter handle, and the handle is chrome not brushed. The chrome isn’t bad and it reminds me of the cars of the 70’s so it’s pretty cool. The handle feels night and day better but that’s also because I have no isolator bushing left so there was so much slop. I kept the ball pretty high up so that when the arm rest was down I wasn’t having to bend my wrist to keep a good handle. And yea I keep all my old parts. I’m that guy who adds LED headlight bulbs and saves the old halogens.

It’s still kicking but losing power now .. it was the strongest one I’ve seen .. I’ll have to wait till it clears ,, but already found roofing shingles laying around and not all mine lol ..

I was standing on my porch and hear 2 cracking sounds and my poor little tree snapped and fell .. I planted that little guy over 20 years ago .. what good is that it will re grow leaves from the stump lol . I’m going to have to see the damage on the roof and repair it myself if not to bad otherwise get some money back on my insurance premiums.. won’t know till it outta here .. the Mother Nature demon child needs to leave now ..

That's terrible about the tree but nice to see you could get a post in so we know you're not drowned!!!

I'm sure there will be lots of damage!! Sure hoping the insurance does their job for everyone!

It’s pretty much gone in my area of Tampa , just left over bands may bring rain .. we will see when the sun comes up and I wake up later in the morning .. I had a few power surges but power stayed on .. I think my community may be hooked to the new fore station grid ..at least that’s what neighbors suspect why we haven’t lost power for a while .. who knows ! All I know the temperature dropped hard and I freaking was freaking shivering cold .. back to bed .. I think the damn blood thinners are causing that and my systolic BP number was in hypertension for the first time since last April ..

Hope they’re safe … I found out we had power out in developments in every direction less than a half mile away from my place ,, we never lost power .. I think we are connected somehow to the fire station electric grid ..
 
Lots of roof shingles and tree limbs every where in my neighborhood. We did ok throughout the last 2 storms .. I picked up these peice of shingles the next morning around my area of the street .. yes some are mine … IMG_1497.jpeg
 
Will you need a new roof or will repair work? You must be on a hardened section of the system!

Thank you, They did okay, Power out and limbs down. Don't know if they have power yet or not
