Shipping the brake line kits out monday to a couple members for inspection to make sure they work, and if any changes need to be made.

One will go to nowwhat since he is close to DC performance.

One will go to Fstjack to make sure they are safe and reliable for the members.

One will go to justin as soon as it is completed

I am doing this so they can be installed on the three differnt trucks, plus they are all respected members that I think will give me a true honest opinion if any changes need to be made..

Here is the pics of the kits, now these are for the axle kits, and the only difference will be the ends for the rear kits.

one kit will be offered in Steel, one in Stainless.
the kits will include what is shown, both kits will include the only bracket that will need to be changed, and the rubber insulated clamps.
the stainless kits will include new banjo bolts due to the stainless ends.

Also I have a pic of the billet clamps, and I do not have a price available yet, I want to make sure all the kits work fine, and no changes will need to be made.
Depending on this is whether or not the billet clamps will be included or extra.

The first two pics is the steel kits nd the second two is the stainless.
in the stainless the frame mounts, and the adapter, and the t block were all coated for a chrome look.

What's different from the kit that came with my axle that Boomer has had trouble with??

Joe

Mine is custom made, and perfected actually on my truck over the period of the last few months to be as easy as possible.
It includes the front lines, and the rear from caliper to caliper, plus from the t block to the frame, with the only real modifiction being having to replace on braket on the passsenger side.

Wow....really came out nice....will get 'r done within a week of receipt.........

So 5 lines total yes?.....

and the QC line from the T to the frame is the same length as the RC?....

pics and more pics....:D ...

This is a quality little finish for these trucks....can you send me a set of Strykers too while you are at it....:D

here is a ton of pics installed , including one of the only bracket that will need to be replaced, and the only other difference will be on a stock rear axle the line will route behind the axle cover,

The frame to axle line, if it needs to be longer will be no problem if thats all we got:D

also on a stock QC we can flip the t block to point the other direction to give it even more lenght

Cool.

- Since I'm doing my own brake line junction block, I need lines with straight ends (no elbows).
Is there a kit available with straight ends, and without the 'Popeye Pipe' replacement?

- Why aren't the hose guides utilizing the OEM rubber mounts on the speed sensor lines on the front?

Don't worry. I've got more. :)

#1 yes, but it will be a one off individual deal, there will not be a kit with straight ends
#2 because to do that the billet clamp would be ginourmous on one end , plus cost ten times more than what i paid for these.

These kits are allready containing more than what any other kit is out the currently offering, I could have just offered the lines alone and let everyone figure it out for themselves.

this should be able to be installed in less than a couple hours with only one bracket being changed, basically a stock replacement.

I cannot make it a kit and accomidate each individuals taste preference, that would just drive the price up, this way the kit will be affordable and each person can individualize his own set up.

Hey Stinker: I have a question also. Why would you make one that is not stainless? Might not be a good question, but I don't know the answer.
Karen says Howdy!

Tony- Is it possible to just purchase a rear-only kit?

Also, do you have any pics of it installed on a truck w/o Wildwood brakes? :)
Maybe something with some nice TRW calipers. :D

say Hey to Karen bo!:D gonna offer two kits because the stainless is a tad on the expensive side, and the reg steel kit is a bit less.

Aside from looks, which are gorgeous, are there any performance benefits ?

They want expand like a stock rubber line adn will hold tons more pressure, you get a firmer pedal , and under extreme conditions, or continous braking it will take the brakes alot longer to break down and loose the pedal.

best example is a road course, take the stock lines, and after continous hard braking the lines will get hot and expand and your pedal will slowly start getting closer and closer to the floor.

With the braided lines they have a much higher bursting pressure , so the brakes would not start to fade near as quick.
