No. They can be different depending on the bulb.

will have to take some pictures at night. they are pretty bright but these are all xenon depot 6500K bulbs and custom headlight assemblies

10000k, and they would be even brighter but I have black headlight lenses.

mine are all blacked out with clear smoked corners and a clear lens with projectors
