I'm closer to FL now that I'm in TN than I was at TX but damn, thats still quite a drive. I'll know somthing more solid later but I'll definatly consider such a cool event. Wonder if I could set somthing up around here too at some point, I've seen a few SRT-10s already nearby but I'm fairly certain they're not on the forums.
 
I wouldn't mind doing it in dec/jan. We should have some nice cool weather around that time. I do however want to get another day at the track before we do this one. Hurry up and put me on the list. u might wanna pm the other fl guys aswell.

I think it may be the track here in west palm unless i can find a track that has a better set up... and the dates will be decided as stated in original post... check above its been updated frequently..

Such an event would really be awesome to hold. I certainly would love to be involved. But just how many members would be willing to make the trip way down to S FLA? I think I would but I can't speak for everyone. It would be a shame for our Pacific Left Coast brothers to be LEFT out. I think it would be great for this to include everyone from the Bay to the 'A'. Ohio, Wisconsin, Illinois, Nebraska, Nevada, and we can’t forget Kevin in Alaska and all points in between. That’s a lot of people spread out that would be a pleasure to have join in if they are able to make it. What about chosing a place that is a bit more centralized? That's just my proposal. That doesn't mean I protest it being where originally suggested. I love Florida, especially West Palm Beach and points south. I just don't want to see anyone left out. Like SRT10Venomous said, the more trucks included the lesser the cover charge would be. Forking over $5,000 or $10,000 for any one person definately isn't easy and when distance causes members to not make it, well the final bill will be a hefty one. And with the pre-payments members will be compelled to show if they don't want to lose out. One way or another someone is going to come up short. Okay, I rambled enough. :dontknow: Whatever is decided, count me in.

ya i was thinking of doing something more central as stated in the first line or 2 of this topic but the most reaction we received was from our FL brothers and canadain were next :).. but i was thinking of lookign for a track maybe northern FL or somethign so easier for all the georgia and so on.. but maybe we can have this meet as a first and then every yr .. there is a new place picked... and maybe this wont be the first and last annual meet... next yr cali or tex or canada :)...

Venmous, I will call the other guys to let them know for sure. Just hurry up an narrow it down so we can get this ball rollin. Seems like the list is growing which is a def good thing, i just hope no one bails cause that would change everything money wise. Any where's in FL is fine by me.:burnout:
 
Ya its mostlikley going to be between thoes dates... ive got you added soon as we reach 20 prospects ill start checking dates and prices at the tracks and we can all vote on location and time
