Whats up with all the site issues now when I log in on the homepage I get and error message that I am not allowed to view that content but can see it before I long in.

Reset your home page in your browser. Go to the VTCoA home page and in your browser preferences click "Use Current". This should reset your browser to the new home page. It worked for me.
