Looks like I may end up in the truck tonight. The weather has been insane down here and flash flooding came out if no where. Literally about 2 feet in the past hour and half. I was driving home when it felt like all the sudden traffic piled up and some areas cars were stuck about 5 at a time. I was following a spotter making his way in front of me. I got to my street and couldn't make it the last mile.
I'm now sitting in a parking lot down the street and the worst part is as I parked it started sputtering slightly and rough riding with quite a bit of gas smelling smoke, hard to see color right now. On top of that it's lightning so I can't walk home in floods and it started hailing lightly. What a messed up night and these seats are uncomfortable as hell.

That sucks. I saw you on the news that it was raining pretty bad up there. Don't chance it, the last thing you need is to hydrolock the motor.

Thanks. I'll be alright. I'll prob be walking home if the lightning stops. :D
what coul be wrong with the smoke. Any way to clear it out in no parts was the front bumper covered. I don't know how else it can get in?

sure it is smoke and not steam??..
I was thinking the samething, Larry. Probably steam from the exhaust. Roger, how high did the water get?

I would say about knee high. I'm safe Im not worried about anything really except the truck. I'm up in a parking lot now n this rain just keeps coming. I'm sure it's not steam, I lightly gave it gas and just started it, decent ammount of smoke.

Let it idle for a while and maybe it will dry out! probably took on water through the scoop.

Should I put the stock tune back in or keep the custom tune on?
Don't worry about the tune, it's fine. Where's the smoke coming from? You sure it wasn't overheating? If the water was too high it may be interfering with the fan turning.

I just made it home...my buddy hooked me up with a ride...I'm safe but here's some pics of the area..
My back yard..step on deck is at bottom then grass and where the edge of the water is...That water is usually 15-20 ft from there and about 2-3ft lower
