thats good i didnt know that they changed the frame in '06 why did they do that? just wondering

Water is created in the combustion process.
At normal operating temperatures it is vaporized and not visible.
At colder temperatures the water vapor is not flashed off and is visible. This is a normal condition for Vipers or Hondas.
