Was out for the cruises last night in the 249 & 1960 area , and a guy pulled up in his 01' Bullit Stang'. i kinda know the guy, which is to say that i know his name, and ive beat him before pretty well. He's got intake, catback, predator tune and a steeda short shifter. so we start chatting for a bit and then here comes a 06' Trailblazer SS (stock). He stops and we talk for a bit and then i ask if everyone wants to go 3 deep on the feeder road back toward 1960.. everyone was cool with it so we got in our cars and went off. 1st race: At a right light. the SS took both of us off the line by a car and half.. but i soon caught up and pulled him pretty hard after about 45mph. and i pulled about a car on the bullit. 2nd race: was from about a 50mph roll. i killed the SS by like 6 cars and the bullit stayed about a car back. we went a few more times from a roll and from what I thought, had about the same results. we stopped and all BS'd for a while and we started talking about the racing we had just done...and the kid in the bullit said something to me about seeing his tail lights when we raced, and i was like "yeah right!"...he looked at me like i was stupid..HE HONESTLY THOUGHT HE BEAT ME. he said that his bullit would kill me from a roll. even though i just beat him...guess he didnt remember it though. so i said lets go again then...i even told him that we could race from any roll that he wanted..so what does he pick as the starting speed. A 30MPH ROLL!!!!...ABOUT AS DEADLY OF A SPOT TO RACE A SRT-10 6spd FROM A ROLL AS ANY...so we line up and i honk 3 times and we go..i pulled about a 3/4 car on him automatically and end up pulling about 2 cars on him to about 100-110. i honked again from a 50mph roll and had about the same result...then we slow down and he rolls down the window and says "LET ME HONK!!" SO I SAID OK AND WE GOT TO 30MPH...and then he honked 3 times...AND THE SAME THING HAPPEND AGAIN.. i pulled about 1.5-2 cars on him..he threw the peace sign up after that and took off. I LOVE THIS TRUCK!!!!!!!
