The valve seat came apart, I got the head fixed for $380.00 plus a valve and 20 seals. Piston has some dings but not bad, Im going to lightly sand with a dremmal and see how it looks, Anyone have the torque settings for re install?

Rockers at 26 lbs. ft.

Large Head bolts are coated, so specs are for dry bolts (do not oil).

If your head gaskets were black, your engine hadn't been apart before.

BUT, as your post is "9100 mile Rebuild", I'm assuming it has.

The head bolts are good for 3 or maybe 4 pulls but that's it.

Replacing them might be an option.

Picked it up and he did a real nice job for $360.00 the culprit is featured valve seat must have cracked during installation, and gave way 9100 miles later.
