I use Firefox as my browser...I tried to download an additional application (searchmybookmarks.com) and it has created an error message (below) that I cannot kill. I can work around the error message but it is a pain in the butt. I have had the error message for over a month.
Twice I have deleted Firefox and reinstalled, but that does nothing...the problem is a glitch in the install of the additional app.
Can someone give me some guidance in deleting the entire app...it is not reflected in my add/delete files...I think I will need to search for it and delete the entire files...but I don't remember enough about doing that...
Here is the entire error message:

Thanks in advance for any help you might suggest.
I have gone to Mozilla three or four times and asked for help, and I have also gone to the development site (searchmybookmarks.com) and begged for help to no avail.
