Some exhaust issues - Please help

DAYUM! very much like my setup! I'm completely welded too, but your setup is more free flowing and will give you a few more horses and a deeper note! Very nice!!!

That's going to be loud!!!!!

You need to swap those cats for 3" ones. :)

:D Thanks man, and those cats are 3" inlet one side and 2.5" inlet on the other, but im having them modified at the exhaust shop to full 3" in and out;)

My setup will be:
B&B Longtube Headers, Two 200 Cell High Flow Cats, 3" X-Pipe, 3" x 26" Powersticks, and all the exhaust tubing is 3" stainless magnaflow mandrel bent, then add some 4.5" x 18" stainless tips:) It will all be installed thrusday

Gonna post some pics but its the same as the others that have had issues. Two rectangular holes (one each side) a little bigger than an OREO double stuff ;) size.

Only noticed one until recently and now its shot. No such thing as a free lunch...

Anyone know if stock muffler sounds good with bassani's and catless mids? Also does the stock muffler work with the magnaflow tips?

The first vid is mine. I love it. But I have gotten used to it and need it to be louder now:D I have Bassani's, JMB CAI, JMB catless mids, STOCK catback.

I have also a problem with exhaust leak between header and mid-pipe on left side (driver side)
It is not stock exhaust on the truck but I dont know what exhaust I have. Just know it is Gibson headers, because that I can see .
I bought the truck like it is now. Like I understand is this a problem for many owners.
Somebody here with knowledge who can help me?
I did try to re-tight mid-pipe to header but it did not help, still blows out exhaust on left side.

If it is the header midpipe flange and the bolts keep coming loose. This should fix you up. Get it real tight. Then take another nut and put it on behind the first nut. Tighten that one down. Nuts should not back off after that.

Thanks.

Will try this and see how it goes:)
