Somebody help me read this carfax report! PLZ

So, for those who have more experience on carfax reports, help me understand better this report, So it was register in NE back in 06, and it was a lease vehicle? is that right? then what the other things mean? from 11/13/2007? "Registration event/renewal"? looks like it was bought from someone in Tacoma then sold in an auction?
A dealer near me has it now for sale and i came across

Also, how does $26,750 sound for a 06 Night runner with 66XX miles on it? Its listed it at $28,999 so they lowered it to $26K

from what i understand... the "full history" is where the truck has been reported @.. ie the dmv.. put up for sale @ auction, original purchase/lease...
