Spark Plug Wire Looms

I am looking for a set of the factory (black plastic) spark plug cable looms that attach to the valve cover bolts (press fit). According to the dealer I checked with, they aren't available as a separate part. Do they come with the o.e.m. plug wire sets? They weren't able to answer that question either.
