Spec or McCloud clutch?

More rpm = a good thing. Especially with full exhaust :)

Although makes the radio a tad hard to hear haha.

Yup, several have experienced the same thing...just have to learn to give it more RPM's from a stop to make it smooth...

how much is "more rpm"????
 
Probably depends on what you have pushing the flywheel, what kind of flywheel and which Spec clutch you have.

I have about 805 hp at the flywheel, (heavy stock flywheel by choice, tossed the Fidanza) as I engage the clutch from a stop, I make sure that I am adding fuel, not just maintaining the rpm level for in-traffic starts. So anything that adds torque as the clutch completes its initial engagement.

be gettin the Spec stage 3 from Stinker this week, like ASAP, the center force is goin south.

I'm glad you brought up flywheel weight. I have an aluminum fidanza flywheel. I totally forgot that how that effects things haha.

If you go with the Spec, be sure to order the new billet slave and Wilwood Master/mount from Tony. The combination of the three is super. Heck, anytime you replace a clutch it is just routine to add a good slave and master at the same time!!!
 
Does the truck and car's slave cylinder vary? I run the cars slave cylinder and master cylinder.

When i ordered a new slave cylinder and clutch master cylinder I gave them the cars part number.
