Anyone else going to be in Savannah Ga for St. Patty's? Going to have a group there Fri thru Sun for festivities. :beer:

Any tips from anyone that has gone before? This is our first time.

I'm competing in a Strongman Competition on St. Pattys day and the day after in Columbia, SC. It's at the counties 4th largest St. Pattys festival. Its a great time if anyone's gonna be in the area!!!

but yeah patties day is awesome in Savannah bro, but usually I was down racing and we just kinda slipped in, cant really tell ya alot except for the green beer

Where are you staying at?
It is awesome there! 2nd largest St Pat celebration in the US. If the wife lets me, I'll join ya.

Plan to walk everywhere. Bars on the Riverwalk are standing room only. ***Take some green beads with you!

Going to be staying at the Bahia Bleu Marina in Thunderbolt (on boat). I know some girls that live on Wilmington so going to catch a ride in with them.

Prob going top stay more around city market than river street, bigger bars. Hehe yeah I've been told that beads are a must have!! Let me know if you can get away, if nothing else you can stop by the marina and have a few on the boat with us.
