stage II install/hood ornament removal

I finally installed my DC Perf stage II computor. Thanks to Smoke I took out the bottom bolt first!!! First thing I noticed was it started up really smooth......took it out and ran through the gears a few times. WOT is not possible with my 488's in first gear but wow I was surprised when the tires broke free so soon with such little throttle! Truck feels like it pulls much harder now and even though I did not intall the t stat yet, the truck only got as hot 180 degrees. The fan did come on to bring that down too. Overall I think its awesome. Truck feels better overall.


Got out my neighbors fishing line and sawed away at the rams head. Ouch...watch out the piece its attached to is plastic and I sawed some nice gauges into it by accident. I am hoping some touch up paint will due the trick but one spot is kinda deep.:dontknow:

Finally gave the truck a wash and wax........it was a perfect Sunday, sunny with a light breeze in the low 80's. :rock: The perfect weather.......I am so lucky I live here!!!

Thanks guys....................I bought my pcm from Hamrhead and he sent it to DC which reprogramed it for me......not just my vin but a new program to work with my mods and the fuel we have out here......$200.
