Typically i go to a custom butcher, an old Italian named joe cuts the meat i want the way i want it.
typical costs for by the cut meat is:
filet $20
porterhouse $16
now i decided to get it in bulk because now i have a freezer.
filet $12.59
tenderloin(other side of porterhouse) $7
is that a good price?
