Truck does ride GREAT! I love the slight rake look. I heard the front will scrub coming out of Homestead Kicthen though! LOL Thanks again for lunch Paul!
John actually fixed the drop for me after my botch install with Cal-tracs (sum bitches)

This man had 4 people working on my truck on Thursday night (around 7pm) getting it ready for the GTG... And he wants to thank me for lunch????

JOHN YOU ROCK!!!

Picked up the Maxima today. Saw some major thread outside your shop.:burnout: :burnout:

Can you tell us a little more about the ride and handling? Does the ride seem stiffer than stock? How does it corner versus stock? Any tire rubbing in front when going over things like speed bumps or pot holes? What's the low down? (sorry, bad pun):)

The truck feels like it grips the road a hell of a lot more than it did! There is no rubbing that I have seen or heard. Well I do have a little rubbing from where I have my exhaust clamps setup. They will need to be rotated to the opposite side but mine are welded so I will have to take it to the shop to have them rotated around.

When going over railroad tracks and known bumpy roads, I slow down quite a bit more than I have while running stock height. Because of this I have not felt it bottom out since I removed the old bump stop metal cup and installed the new bumpstops that Tony gave me.

i just wish there was a way to level the rear end with the front.. i want mine as low as i can get it.. maybe just a 1/2 inch more in the rear and i'd be sold

When I first installed the kit I had removed the helper spring (the shortest spring in the pack). This was because I was having trouble installing the Cal-tracs. With the helper spring removed the truck was completely level but the back end was very close to the bumpstops. When John got my truck he put the helper spring back in (flipped) and it raised it back up just a little bit. I personally like the slight raked look. Gives it a good street look.

Looking good Paul!!!

I like the look of the kit! Might be the one I go with too!!!!

Sun is always shining down on her!!

Ohhh.. and congrats on your 1000th post!!

Hey amtrucker, thanks for the review on the kit. Your truck looks outstanding! It's got the perfect ride height nailed. I'm with you on liking the slight rake--gives it a good stance. More of a performance look than a low rider look.:burnout:

Oh, and thanks to Stinker for all of the time spent putting this kit together.

Me want lowering kit now... Me want lowering kit BAAAAAAAAD!
