With regard to Cardude member, this jerk approaches me last year crying about "HIS" truck picture being used to sell decals. Comes to this website and is trying to SLAM my business! I spoke to my attorney and guess what, if him and his retarded buddies haven't realized it yet, ONCE an image file has been uploaded to the INTERNET, it is PUBLIC DOMAIN!!! Him and his butt buddies calling me an asshole saying my vinyl I use to make racing stripes and decals is junk material!! Well, I GOT A WAKE-UP CALL for them and ANY of you members on this forum. MY Supplier would beg to differ with that grossly slanderous LIE LIE LIE !!! I ONLY buy AVERY A6 to A9 Vinyl !!!! I spend 3 times more money on Avery Vinyl then ANY of my competitors using regular GMI, 3M, MacTac, FDC vinyls!! I BUY AVERY because it IS THE BEST. Don't take my word for it, ask ANY local sign shop or detail shop!! My business has grown leaps and bounds since the beginning and WHY? BECAUSE " I DO STAND BEHIND MY DECALS AND RACING STRIPES " If I was ripping people off since 2001 then I WOULDNT BE IN BUSINESS 6 DAMN YEARS LATER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cardude, DRamSrt10, and 94rt10ohio members are simply a threesome of pricks with nothing better to do but to come to this forum and try and slander MY GOOD NAME!!! I HAVE copied the posts left in this forum, their screen-names and will be showing this to my attorney and to the owners of THIS VTCOA.com website!!! With regard to the 600 dollar order by pirateman in GA, I remember that order!! The back of the DAMN paper backing on the avery A9 vinyl HAS the damn avery emblem on it!!! I do NOT mask off those long stripes for one reason and one reason only, it is easier to apply them to the compound curves without the top mask tape layer, I told him to be careful, IF I can apply racing stripes with NO TOP tape layer and not scratch or trash them, then anybody can!!! With regard to the vinyl being stiff, NEWS-FLASH, IT"S FREAKN WINTER !!! Vinyl gets stiff in cold weather, EVERYBODY KNOWS, warm them up lay them out flat, THEN attempt application!!!

AGAIN, IF ANYBODY wishes to see PROOF of the actual Avery A6 to A9 Vinyl I use for decals and racing stripes, you simply email me at [email protected] .... AND I HAVE MY PROOF in the form of my suppliers packing order slips, and have no problems PROVING that these couple of DIL-WEEDS with their lack of a life, slanderous lies posted on this forum are precisely that, LIES LIES LIES LIES !!!

CONSIDER THIS further proof, I DO THIS local too in my own town, I not only sell to local customers, but apply the vinyl onto their vehicles MYSELF, and guess WHAT, I HAVEN"T HAD ANY COMPLAINTS !!!!!!!!

Did you explain to your "lawyer" that you lied about the picture? Did you explain to him that you use that truck as an example of your work, when it in fact is NOT your work! Painted on stripes are not what you sell, but that's what you picture there. Oh, but that's harmless, because you can't really tell from the picture, right? Unless you happen to be the owner of that truck, or close friends with the owner.

And stating an opinion that your product sucks, is not slander! Maybe you and your "lawyer" need to read the definition for yourselves. Slander is not calling you an asshole, that's just a rude comment. Opinions of your product, or your business are not slander. Have you never had a negative comment on eBay before? Everyone is allowed the RIGHT to say that they think that your product is sub-standard. I am sure that Avery has heard that many times before also, it's a fact of business that you can't possibly please everyone! If you got your pitiful feelings hurt because someone didn't like your product, or you, get over it. I mean really! Get OVER IT!!

Oh, I know. I was just using that as an example.

You see, Slander would be saying something that calls his character into question, like saying that he is a sex-offender, or that he sells pot from his back door and stripes from the front. But, nobody did that. What they did do, was call him out on HIS lies. Nobody here lied, an opinion is NOT a lie, it is an opinion. Opinions for the most part, can not be proven. But, lies can. So, if I were him, I would keep my mouth shut before the tables are turned, and he finds himself in court for slander, and ends up counter-sued for false advertisement and copyright infringement.

But, I won't hold my breath that that will happen. :dontknow:

How many times have people gotten upset with SUPPORTING VENDORS on this site, and said some really harsh stuff about them. But, there were never any threats of suing for slander, libel or defamation of character. Know why?

I would say he wrote it from a memorable school trip, but that would be impossible for two reasons:

1. He would have to have the mental capacity to remember all of that! (And we know that is not the case!)

2. From the way he writes, and his choice of words, I would guess that he isn't out of grade school yet!

He just does not get it. Way back when he started this he said that it was not the truck it was claimed to be, he said it was a truck he did. Obviously that is not true, he even admitted to it later that it was not a truck he did. Talk about lies!!!

Yes, it is true, if you have pics posted on the net they are public domain unless protected by copy rights. With that said, it is illegal to use these public domain pictures to promote a product you sell, claiming it to be YOUR PRODUCT. It is called FRAUD.

Is it possible his product is satisfactory or good? Sure. But why deal with someone who has to take pictures of other trucks with other products not cut by him and claim that is their product. Once again, ever hear of FRAUD or false advertising? WHat do you think would happen if American Racing wheels made a wheel that looked exactly like a Foose wheel and used a picture that Foose did not copy right, but claimed it to be their wheel? Let me clue you in, American Racing would be paying $$ to Foose in court and if they are smart they would be settling out of court!

Get a clue dumb ass. You have now lost 1000+ potential customers by running a business incorrectly and being outed for it and rather than admidt to the problem and correcting it, you try to make up every excuse imanginable. If this is how you handle this what would happen if the stripes were cut a little off, is that how you would handle it was well, telling your customers your an idiot, I can do what I want and I make the rules.

I was pretty pissed off because when I ordered from him for my windsheild and it wasnt any that good. I found that there is still alot of air inside vinyal when i install it on windsheild. Talk about waste the good $$!!
