What about the die hard Redneck that got it on his smaller then average skull

I still don't get the negative connotation that is put on the generalization that is Redneck............. Generally great people, we are hard workers, family men.........

And Nascar is racing in its purest form, to not see that is awful narrow minded.

And thou I see a market for this, it ain't goin on my QC.:elefant:

at anyone moment there are 2 men racing each other at 180+ on demanding banks in heavy cars.......... Even the people in the back have a chance to race her to the front.

If oval arent your thing, thats cool but it doesn't make it not racing.

Well said.... It is racing. And it is very exciting to be at the track and watch. :)

(Oval Track racing isn't my thing.... I do, however, like circle (dirt) track racing.)

My question was geared toward your comment of NASCAR being "racing in it's purest form". I think there is a lot of room for debate on that subject. For instance, Formula 3000 (now called GP2) is what I consider "pure" racing. I consider the skill of the driver and crew to be the main subject in racing. All of the Formula 3000 cars are exactly the same. This allows the "little things" (like caster/camber, tire pressure, and stratagy) to hold the key to winning the race. The driver also has a much more difficult job, in that there are no "hidden" tricks to the cars.... It's all depending on who can drive the best. But, that is just my opinion. I'm sure some people here will say Drag-Racing is the "purest" form of racing. :dontknow: And there are valid points to that too!

Damn, I think this would make a good thread and poll! :) :D  :burnout:

Q: my car does not have an anti lock braking system - i am interested in an abs light for my dash - i cannot afford nor am i interested in the actual braking benefits of an abs system - i am solely interested in tricking people into thinking my car is safer than it is. do you or are you looking into prototyping this product - it seems like its up your alley. Maybe he can come up with a peel and stick roll cage.(bad joke)

I'm sorry, I am don't feel envy when I see QC, it pitty due to he gets stuck driving the kids to soccer practice, or the poor fool doesn't know who to use a manual transmission.

Well first off, if you are going to spell it out, do it right. It's NASCAR.

And in regard to it being "...racing in it's purest form..." it's not even close.

Dont' get me wrong, it's entertaining as hell. The officials manipulate the field with their use of "Debris" Cautions to keep the field tight, which make for close, entertaining racing.

Racing in it's purest form, would mean racing that allows innovation. Unfortunately there is not a single form a racing that I can think of where it is not tightly controlled.

Ah hell, I'm just going to get you even more riled up if I continue. However it being the purest form of racing is pure bunk.

Enjoy your racing.

That's crazy talk, that would require them to build cars that also turn right.
