supersnake hood

dropped mine off for paint today, 2 weeks or so and I'll have pics, I guess we can't go to shows together LOL look at this rare hood type, and look over there hahaha:rock: :rock: , congrats you'll love it it is great, as for the paint price I am getting a steal of a deal, I wish I could get you the same deal but I am barely getting in for it myself.:burnout:

Damn straight we're going to shows together, Yellow and Red big enough difference ....

Looking forward to meeting up with ya in the spring. We're talkin about having a GTG on the Roof at the Sun late march or early april ..... You In ?

Hoods on the way Bud ...... should be 4 or 5 days according to Lisa at MV performance. You were right Bee, GREAT folks to deal with. Went out of their way to save me some ship $$$. Worked out great. Paint and install all lined up ......... I'm so exited, like a kid with a new toy, I know so are you ...

Boy I luv these trucks .....

Haven't decided yet ..... for now all red w/something on the side of the scoop, maybe stock emblem, Vinyl something, not sure yet. Gotta do a couple mock ups after the hoods done.

I have only seen pictures and I already Luv it ....

Here is some customer feedback on his hood that was just painted.


Well ,got the hood installed today and it looks bad ass.

I left off the hood pins because I think it is a cleaner look with the vents. Man ,that cowl is HUGE.

Did one wet sand and buff with 1000 grit and will do another with 1400 later this week or next to really give it a deep shine.
It is real shiny now and really pops. My painter Jeff did an excellent job on it...thankSS man!

Jeff is going to bring his camera to get some pics of the finished product.

The hood quality is beyond my expectations and I am very pleased.

Scheuling Paint match, Painting, and installation Monday. Hoping for only a couple weeks before some pics.

RBee how ya doin with yours, can't wait to see the trucks together to snap some pics. Just picked up a 12 mp camera, Dyin to try it out.

Hey Guys

Went to the painter today with the Truck, Matched and ready to shoot Hood on Monday next week. Drop truck off Tuesday, pick back up Thursday. Should be posting pics by next weekend.
The painter commented on the great packaging from the vendor MV Performance. Got a letter from them today and an e-mail asking how things were going with the hood. So a big thanks to Lisa and the folks at MVP.
