Suspension Update

So coming along on the powdercoated suspension swap.

NOT A FUN JOB

Powdercoated upper/lower control arms
Energy Suspension Bushings-control arms, sway bars, steering, leafsprings
QA1 shocks.
New rotors
Powdercoated Calipers
New pads.

The right tools help. DOOHHHHH

I have the passenger side to do tomorrow(all loose n ready for dissassembly). Also all the caliper parts have to be switched over to the powdercoated ones. Im not looking forward to that.

Yeah just barely. The body shop is keeping us open but we could use more work.

Yeah i put the energy suspension on the
upper & lower control arms
front & rear sway bar-endlinks on the way

Have to postpone the steering rack and rear leaf springs.

Actually i only high temp painted the rotors.

I would say its an easy upgrade to do but dont count on them lasting.

Powdercoat is too thick to have with wheels powdercoated.

Alrite front is all buttoned up.

Just have to get the caliper brake pad spreader to get the rotors in and on.

Jesus i wish i had the right tools. Makes shit soooo much easier.

Pic of the rear also. Cant wait to see how the shocks n bushings feel.
