T56 built questions !

Does anyone have a full list of parts + part numbers
which are needed to strenghten my T56 gearbox.

Maybe even have a shorter 5th and 6th gear.

Engine will have approx 700 HP (crank) and 600 ft lbs of torque.

Im not expert but there are plenty stock ones holding more power than that.

I believe so, but we have one main difference between the US and Europe.
We have no speed limits and this means also different issues regarding requirements and forces on engine and gearbox.

I am in the process of a 6-speed swap on my QC and the extra weight also comes on top, thats why i want to strengthen my transmission and be sure it holds even und this circumstances.....

I am all ears if you find out I am also wanting to do a rebuild in the next month or so.

T56 6 Speed Transmission Parts & Rebuild Kits Give these guys a call and see what parts you might want to upgrade. For those high speed long straight aways, Heat will be your enemy! so a custom oil cooler with pump and reservoir to increase volume will be your best bet for that autobaun!! use the oil drain plug and fill plug holes to circulate the oil.

Billet keys, new bronze pads, you can do an oiler system with spray bars on gears, Aston Martin 5th/6th gears (shorter) and billet syncros, and a few other items are the way to go.
