WOW that would be great if we could work something out. I'll give you a call tomorrow Tony.

I really want to make sure that it is the tranny itself. Could it be anything else??
honestly Brad you really will not know until you pull it:eek:

hell bo, it might jsut be the pressure plate has come apart somehow, the disc, but jsut trying to be upbeat here, but....I am like 71...........

but let me call eddie tommorrow, I can usually get him around lunch jsut to be sure it would be ok, and Ineed to pull everything to make sure of cost.

they give kind of a generic price I found out, we did a stage II on eddies, and they found some small details that cost a lil xtra, hell like anything else:D

I know sugar plumb bud damn dude:p

well hell tho after I think about it as short as you two are , heck you wouldnt have to raise the truck but a couple feet off the ground:D :aetsch:

but ferrari, and 71 get together on this , but I fear its the tranny, I dont think the clutch will come close but stranger things have happened.

the ideal thing would be to ship it out , get it, and have it there for a swap, and brad I hate to say it , but anew clutch while in there wouldnt hurt either:eek:

fug I hate this! now i sound like I am trying to push sale ya:mad:

Not driving it is important...as Dom said.

You very well may have dusted a gear or two...if that is the situation there are gear teeth in there...and if they get picked up and eaten...more damage could occur...pull it and find out.

Sorry, but this is one of the things that happen with modified vehicles...the stresses are huge, and your truck has seen lots of stress over the years. Once the rear end was strengthened...the pressures were mostly absorbed by the trans...good luck with this...Tony may have a quick solution for you...

His rear end gearing was reworked by NBT when he owned the truck...there are some beefed up transmissions around...Tony has one for Eddie and may offer it to him, since Tony is dragging his feet on getting Eddie's ride done...;) :p :D

I'm pretty sure everything is tore up. I drove it the 50 miles home after it started:D

I wish I would have researched this before. The T56 is rated for 600ftlbs of torque:eek: I thought it would take more:dontknow: You other supercharged guys... be prepared:eek:

Looks like it's about $1200 to have Trick Performance rebuild it. Tony, give me a call when you get a chance please:)
