Tach Issue

I have been having tach issues where at idle it just stops registering rpm. It will come on then settle down to 100-200 RPMS. When throttle is applied it will jump back up but if allowed to idle it stops again. Any info.

If its a 2006 it is the cluster unfortunately needs replaced if ya still have extended warranty they will replace it if not its big $$$

Yea they run around $800 or so I think without warranty

Holy shit $800. Damn. I didn't get an extended warranty don't know about the previous owners(wonder if it's transferable?). My bank was going to give me a warranty included in the loan until the found our what kinda truck it was.

Just checked my dealer receipts $450 sounds right...for some reason I had the $800 figure in my head.
