You are correct Roy will be taking them to a local mechanic to install for me. I could do it but just not worth the aggitation. I will adding mids with hi-flow cats while at it.

Carlo, I hope the removal went okay. If they are that much of a pain to remove, to install must be a total bitch.

This idea of taking off my headers reminds me of that Chili eating contest joke where they give the guy free beer...sound good at first but after a while you realize you could have saved yourself from some pain.
3 hours to do one side...which isnt bad considering the manifolds were boxed up, my garage is poorly lit and about 110*s. Has anyone tried holding a manifold with one hand and screwing it in with the other...damn those tings are heavy...where the heck was lbstone??? When i was done I was glad I did it...But I am taking the other off tonight....
Tomorrow I start on the Viper!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thats going to go thru saturday...Sunday I am going to put a CAI on my 07 Silverado...It fun when the wife is out of town!!!!!!!!!!!
