has anyone actually bought a $100 raffle ticket to hopefully win this truck?


I am thinking of gettin one, wht the hell, a chance in 2750?

I dropped 250 and got 3. figured i'll up my odds to 1%. I faxed the order form in, and they haven't charged my credit card yet. Hopefully its due to the holiday weekend thing. I tried to call and couldn't get a real person.

Where does the raffle money go? Which charity? The form doesn't say.
For a group that won't let truck members join, they sure do expect a sh!tload of cash for the truck.

Talk about a racket for the insurance companys. Get insurance to cover the fact your insurance does not cover your vehicle. They sell insurance that doesn't cover your vehicle, then they want to sell you another policy to cover the first useless policy. What a racket.

actually gap covers not the value of the vehicle but what you OWE on the vehicle... If you're upside down... get gap insurance... if you want to insure it for more than retail get more insurance... yes I'd agree it's a racket but not for the reasons you're stating

They're holding a raffle for somewhere between $110,000 and $275,000 for a truck I can get on Ebay for less than $40,000...and nothing is going to charity?
