The Human Juggernaut!

Easy enough.... Just kickem' in the nutz... they'll go down just like everyone else. :D ;)

And if you see that human MOUNTAIN running towards you...... Just side step him. :D  :vroam:

Very cool tho.... I've seen that whole show on Discovery Channel before. It's a MUST WATCH, if you have cable.

Towards the end of the video they do this running bit into a couple of cement
bricks... that guy would make a killer football player  Nice share

Impressive amounts of force generated there.

I would like to see what a true sledge hammer working man could generate with the hammer. When i was a kid I built a deck with my dad. I was big and buff, he was scrawney and old. I beat the nails into the board with my hammer. He easily hammered the nails in. It was all in the technique. Dad had it, and I did not.

Yep, some framers wouldn't hire you (in the old days), if you couldn't bed a 16p nail in one swipe with a framing hammer. :) Your right, it's all in the technique. Oh, and you should NEVER underestimate "Old Guy Strength". ;)

The video mentioned thicker stronger bones. Could this be the cure to Osteoperosis?

My 90 year old grandmother is visiting next week. I'll set up the blocks and get her working on it. How many blocks should I start her out on? 5, 6? I'll let her work up to breaking them with her head. Don't want to rush into it.:D

I thought about that too, when I saw the video. It seems like he doesn't have any follow-thru. not good technique, he should definitely stick to smashing shit with his skull!
