I would like to see what a true sledge hammer working man could generate with the hammer. When i was a kid I built a deck with my dad. I was big and buff, he was scrawney and old. I beat the nails into the board with my hammer. He easily hammered the nails in. It was all in the technique. Dad had it, and I did not.
The video mentioned thicker stronger bones. Could this be the cure to Osteoperosis?Silent D said:Awesome display............ I wonder what the long term effects are........

My 90 year old grandmother is visiting next week. I'll set up the blocks and get her working on it. How many blocks should I start her out on? 5, 6? I'll let her work up to breaking them with her head. Don't want to rush into it.tinygiants said:The video mentioned thicker stronger bones. Could this be the cure to Osteoperosis?
