The official Lightning Fest invitation.

On an annual basis Lightning owners have a national racing/show event. This is your chance to show hundreds of Lightning owners how its done on their own turf whether it be racing or show/shine. The date is 27-29 August 2010 at KCIR in Kansas City, MO. Any and all info about the event you could ever want can be found here.

All class participants must have an NHRA approved roll cage
All-Run Field will run on a NHRA Pro ladder
Heads-up, (.400) Pro tree



Pro Street Lightning/HD Truck/SVT-Raptor Class Rules (Bracket)
Open to Ford Lightning, HD trucks, or SVT-Raptor trucks only - 12.49 ET and faster

Johnny Lightning Products (JLP) - True Street Truck Rules
Only Trucks with Ford Lightning or Harley Davidson Truck VINs are allowed to enter.

Snell 2000 or later, rated helmet required for all drivers when racing on the track in this class
