Quite a funny topic amongst E-Body owners. No small block R/Ts were produced. All literature and records show a true R/T car being a special price class code (JS) and big block, 383 being the standard base model. You could basically order a "340 R/T" or a look alike with the options including a shaker, Go wing and other R/T options but you wouldn't get the JS in the vehicles VIN and fender tag code making it a true R/T Challenger. Sounds like a nice car either way. I love all E-Bodies from /6 to Hemis. :)

Nope, not the same one...Alley's got this one from another dealer...You know that Carl Gregory has an orange one and a silver one?...I drove up there yesterday because I wanted to see the silver in person..
