The Pavilions @ Scottsdale

It was good seeing some of you at Crusin' on Central last weekend. This coming Saturday is Mopar Night at the Pavilions in Scottsdale. Some of us are going and hope the people we met at Crusin' & the ones that couldn't make it can hook up with us. Scottsdale will make it easy for the guys in the East Valley. Look for our trucks & the mopar cars. Hope you can make it.

well my new P/S lines are leaking already. I should have a new connector from tony by friday. If the shop can get it fixed friday i would like to go. Im sure something else will blow shortly after

ya im just being a baby. It just seems if its not one thing its another with it. And its not like its cheap or easy to work on lol. i just want to drive it!!

not to mention the CEL for the leak detection pump and sensors not being ready and i need to get it through emissions soon and im not sure how to go about that yet.:dontknow: I know it will be worth it some day. I did get my new clutch in though :rock:

What time do you guys typically meet in the evening? It will help to know since I go to bed around 8:30 LOL!

If I drive up and to meet you guys to talk and stand around to look at our trucks in the dark, how many of you will do the morning drive? I do mean early guys..... meet, gas up, talk details about the drive and roll about a 1/2 hour before sunrise. Just curious.

Jim got popped doing 90 in a 65 the first week he bought the truck. No way he's going to chance getting busted.

At the Crusin' on Central we had five (5) SRT10's in one place at one time. That is the most that I know of in Phoenix. Plus there were about twenty (20) Mopars with us at Park Central. I saw your thread "AZ Owners...Do you want to get out & drive your trucks", Bashing what over 10 owners are and want to do with their trucks want make you any friends. If you want to go on spirited drives, great. I hope you have as many as were on Central. People having fun with their 10's is what it's about. There will be GTG"s every weekend, some people will go, some won't. If you don't like cruises & car shows & meeting new people with or without 10's then it's best you stay home & go to bed. P.S. We start getting at the Pavilions around 2:00/3:00 and stay until you want to go. Hope every one can make it.

I'm sorry you feel my thread as "Bashing". All I simply stated was my observations of Local GTG's and my personal preference. Maybe there is a member or two who feels the same.... they would like meet some owners who like to drive thier trucks like I do. To me, it looks like there are some out of state guys who would and maybe few here in AZ. That's OK.
So I take it, it's ok and un-offensive to post about a "Cruise" or "Car Show", but if you prefer to post a run and not cruise, a member(s) will get offended and not want to meet you?!? Sweet.
I have been to the Pavillions many times over the last 12 years and it is a good venue. Please don't get me wrong there. Yeah, meeting members would be cool, I did state that also. I just have more fun driving the truck. As for Crusin' and Car Shows?!? My favorite car show is the Barrett Jackson auction:rock: I'll pass on Crusin'.... sorry, no offence.
Yeah, I will stick to my schedule, so thanks for the suggestion and Invite.

Oh man that sucks! The chances of getting "Busted" are few if you have a good recipie for the run.....

Rules I always follow, never screw around in town. Always know your surroundings if at all possible and there is never a guarantee, but if you shrink the devil's playing field, your chances are better.

Spoke with PhxPoolGuy. He & I aren't really into the road rally, just not our cup of tea, but would be interested in hooking up with you & the other guys for breakfast at the end of your drive. Let us know how, when & where.

I cant leave work until 6. Not sure how long it will take to get there from Goodyear though. Truck is being an asshole again. Idle dropped down to what sounded like it was going to die, i got out and popped the hood and it went back to a normal idle not to mention the crazy clutch/motor noise. Rick come drive this thing and tell me everything will be ok!!
